The inter society 5-a-side competition will at Woking Leisure Centre on Jan 7th starting at 3.00.

2007 Tour

You have read the 2006 tour report in the RAY and it's already time to be thinking about the end of season.

We've scanned the UEFA website and costs of flights and the likely venue will be Budapest on the weekend of 19th to 21st May 2007. FA Cup Final weekend. We plan to arrive in time to watch the Final on TV and hope also to go to a Hungarian Premiership game. there are four teams in Budapest so the prospect looks good. The times and prices of flights are:-

Budapest – Hungary
Heathrow departs 19/05/06 07.50 arrives 11.15 Budapest
Budapest departs 21/05/06 19.30 arrives 21.15 Heathrow
Price GBP 86.00 including tax.

Note: This does not yet include the Hotel.

We looked at earlier dates but these would be within the season and a weekend later on 26/05 would be bank holiday weekend and so very expensive and probably a time when families will be away. We looked at other countries but these were either more expensive or where no fixtures were available. Heathrow is not ideal but is the only choice available to us.

At this stage we are looking for feedback from those that are interested. Very soon afterwards we will be making the first set of flight bookings while prices are cheap.
